Heat Complex Family Hotel

Nice downtown hotel with a good restaurant

Pros: I have been here before, so coming again says enough. Excellent for the size of the town and good value for money. Perfect location. Paid but rather cheap parking lot in front of the hotel. Nice lobby bar and good food in it and in the restaurant.

Cons: One need to wait 2-3 min for the hot water to come to the room (probably because it was out of the season and not many clients) but then the water was perfect during the entire stay. A bit strange sauna/SPA regulation \

Pros: Room, location, outside was very hot, but the air conditioner provided nice time

Decent for a night

Pros: The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance and easy to access. The price-to-quality ratio is fairly decent. Not great, not terrible. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. It’s a good option for a short stay.

Cons: The view from the room wasn’t anything special - just some leftover hotel ads and few surrounding residential buildings. But we didn't have high expectations anyway :D There’s a city tax of BGN0.60 per person and they do have a POS terminal, but the staff didn’t seem too happy when we tried to pay that small amount by card, so it’s best to bring some cash. Reminder: double check your door knobs because although the door appears to be locked, it is not and could still be opened. The staff helped and gave us a key when we contacted them, but it’s definitely something to watch out for.

Good place for short stays

Pros: Perfect location. The entrance of the museum of socialism cars is actually inside the lobby :) 2 minutes to the city center. Comfortable room with spaceous bathroom.

Cons: There has wi-fy, it is working and easy to connect, but all time i was there it was not internet at all. Sad :(

Pros: Personnel à la réception très sympathique, chambre propres, très bonne situation dans la ville

Pros: Местоположение в началото на пешеходна улица, наличие на евтин паркинг. Стаята е малка, чиста с добро осветление, бърз интернет. Закуска на ниво първокласен ресторант, както впрочем и кухнята за вечеря.

Топ място за Пещера

Pros: Чудесна локация, удобно място, практично, с паркинг и ресторант. Много удобно за пътуване по работа, а и за почивка. Стаята беше чудесна, всичко беше наред. Персоналът е много учтив и всички са много симпатични. Ресторантът е добър, готвят добре и работи по цял ден.

Cons: всичко беше ок.
