Pros: Very nice apartment with patio, located in the center of the town, very closed to the main historical places, central square, restaurants and all other entertainments! Great combination of pricing and quality. Personal respect from all of us to the owner! Highly recommended for a short stay or weekend vacations.

Cons: Poor access to the lake, and lack of attractive facilities on its shores - NOT fault of the hotel, but recommendation to local authorities to improve.

Great value

Pros: Very nice family hotel near Batak damn. It has a small spa zone also if the weather is not good for outside walks. The food is good, the staff is very nice and polite. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. It has a small outside playground for kids. The area itself is just wonderful.

Cons: Не ни допадна единствено ситуацията с басейна ,който не можахме да ползваме втория ден ,можеше да има някаква компенсация за почиващите или да бяха отстранили проблема по рано
