rooms are nice, spa outdated

Pros: the bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was quite nice. we enjoyed it

Cons: the spa wa squite outdated, sauna didn't work/barely worked (it was like 30-40 degrees in sauna) and steam room did not work either it was even colder... jacuzzi was ok

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near Lauta Park, which is great for a walk. Parking was easy to find. Special thanks to Vania at the reception desk for her super warm welcome—she really made the stay even more pleasant.

Pros: Everything was exactly as I show it in fotos. We didnt use the facilities because we arrived late at night, so I am writing only about the room.

Cons: I believe (because) you need a car to drive to the center, that in this price must include breakfast.

Pros: Even though we picked non renovated room it was almost perfect the price cannot be matched by anything, staff was really helpful, rooms were comfy, hotel’s vibe was chill and relaxing and the location of the hotel was almost perfect

Pros: Добри условия. Изключително отношение на персонала във всяко едно отношение – настаняване, допълнителни услуги, кухня. С приятелката ми решихме да посетим Пловдив за Св. Валентин. Обадих се предварително в хотела, защото исках да я изненадам с букет цветя, който да ни очаква в стаята. Направих онлайн поръчка и от хотела се съгласиха да подготвят стаята. В допълнение към цветята персоналът беше добавил и балони, с които направиха изненадата още по-специална. По-късно имахме проблем с един от уредите в стаята, но персоналът реагира своевременно и оказа пълно съдействие. По отношение на ресторанта – с добро отношение и разбиране замениха част от съставките в храната ни.
