Amazing! Definitely staying there again!

Pros: Amazing location and accommodation. I had booked single room and it was really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful and polite.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel, my family and I always stay here when visiting Plovdiv. The staff was very friendly and helpful this week, particularly Hasan on the reception. I strongly recommend it, it has large clean rooms, swimming pool, excellent breakfast.

Iconic Building, not you’d expect from Ramada

Pros: Really cool building. Great location. Really nice breakfast.

Cons: Piano bar unstaffed. Staff at reception completely unhelpful and a bit rude. Outdoor pool empty for no reason. Rooms about half the size of what it says on booking.com. Aircon minimally cool enough. Super slow bath tap.

Plovdiv is a lovely city..we missed visiting the old city center beause of walking issues.

Pros: Plovdiv is a beautiful city...the soviet 50s style Hotel is huge with a beautiful lobby and ground floor...the rooms ought to be upgraded, old fashioned furniture and drapery...small flat screen TV for such a big room.

Cons: Small flat screen tv...foreign TV CHANNELS necessary.

Excellent

Pros: Very happy with the room on 1st floor , 3 single beds, very comfortable. Last time I was on the 3rd floor with my family and the beds were hard, so very pleased with my room this time, thank you 😊 The staff were very helpful 😊 I loved the honey 🍯 for breakfast.

we love the hotel, we stayed last year too and will probably go back again.

Pros: Great location, breakfast was good, room size fantastic. this was our second year staying in the property.

Cons: the beds could have been newer.

Pros: Great location. Polite staff. They allowed us to check in earlier than the stated check-in time. The indoor pool is very nice.

Cons: I would recommend some variety in the breakfast served because it was the same every morning.

Really good hotel

Pros: The hotel is located in the city center close to almost every tourist sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean. It has an amazing indoor pool built over Roman ruins.

Cons: Not enough parking spaces. The mattress was really hard and I woke up with back pain.
