Pros: I love the overall level of confort, beds, pillows, general heating were magnificient in the bitter winter cold of Plovdiv. Service was amazing my daughter still talks about the cookies handed out at reception at both check-in and check-out. Location was on-point, perfect for new tourists in the city such as us.

Pros: Beautiful apartments. Very kind staff. Very good restaurant - cafe.

Cons: The room we were given, 602, was terribly noisy. Apparently the heating boilers or something similar were working, which made our night's sleep not good. Also, a comment regarding the TV channels. There are 99 satellite channels from all over the world, but not a single one from the neighboring country, Greece. Very bad attitude and bad policy.

High class place worth to stay

Pros: Very nice hotel with good location. Hotel staff was very nice and polite making the check in and out smooth and quick. Room was spacious enough, clean and nicely and practically furnished. Especially the availability of electric kettle and complimentary water, coffee and tea was advantageous. Wi-Fi signal strength and coverage was perfect in all hotel places I was. Breakfast choice was very rich providing the taste of both local and international food. Well done and thank you for a pleasant stay.

Cons: Hardly to find anything. Maybe the view from the room was not providing anything special but this does not at all prevent me to come back again.

Family stay for two nights in Plovdiv

Pros: The location of the hotel is very close to old town where you can walk in 10 minutes. You can leave your car to the closed car park of the hotel. Breakfast was open buffet and it was delicous. I can recommend to everyone this hotel.

Cons: The beds and pillows are a bit too soft for me. But this is my opinion and other visitors may like it.
