Pros: Everything was very good. The staff was very friendly, there was a coffee machine, tea, a refrigerator and a balcony.

Fantastic friendly experience.

Pros: Super friendly reception desk. Fantastic room. Clean big with kitchen. I had everything I need like a ironing board and iron, kettle, free water coffee, etc. A lady on a reception desk is duper friendly and flawlessly did everything I asked her for. Also super friendly waitress during the breakfast who honestly tried to make my stay super comfortable.

Pros: Clean modern very spacious. Clean nice beddings. Comfortable mattress - amazing actually.

Cons: The parking is small to manage your way in and out. No breakfast included in the price. Other than that all was very satisfying.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay—the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, the walk-in shower was fantastic, and I loved relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast eas also very good!

Cons: The only thing it was that the pillow was a bit too soft for my preference, but this is really just a matter of perspective and didn’t ruin my stay at all.

Viko is a super option in Sofia and I would recommend it highly

Pros: Viko is a great option in Sofia. It is an easy 15min walk to Vitosha Boulevard and also has a few eating options nearby. Located in a side street and is therefore relatively quiet. The apartment itself was huge.. we were 3 of us and the unit had ample space for 4 to sleep comfortably. The balcony is a bonus, especially if one is smoker. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. The previous occupant had left the kettle in a disgusting state - this was immediately replaced with a fresh, clean one.

Pros: We got a family room with 2 kids (7 & 9) and it was exactly what we expected from what we saw in the description and photos. Big room with plenty of space for 4 people. Very good soundproof. Very kind employees. Especially Stefanie at breakfast! Very interactive with our kids! They loved her! We also reserved parking space at the underground parking of the hotel. Very clean and safe, but only 7 spaces, so you have to reserve. 15 euros per day. I think it's a fair cost.
