Great staff and great location

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. They even prepared breakfast bags for us when we left super-early for the airport. Great apartment, great location and very good breakfast.

Pros: The hotel is located in the most convenient and central area for a tourist staying in Sofia. It is extremely easy to reach from the airport by metro. All major tourist attractions, as well as restaurants and cafés, are within walking distance. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. For a three-star hotel, the breakfast was excellent. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. We were very satisfied with our stay. As a budget-friendly hotel, it met all our expectations. Thank you!

Really nice , would book again but without breakfast.

Pros: The property was very local to shops restaurants and bars. Good for walking everywhere

Cons: I do take the option of the room with breakfast but the breakfast was not nice. It was cold and eggs slightly watery. But that’s my personal preference but otherwise all ok

Great stay and great location

Pros: Great location, clean and huge room. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The lift was old and is a bit on the scary side

Pros: The staff was exceptionnally friendly and welcoming,, especially the young man at the front desk. The hotel itself is nicely located and at a walking distance from many shops and coffees

Pros: The hotel is so close to the center and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well kept and get cleaned every day. Morning breakfast is various and delicious.

Cons: The parking situation is ridiculous in the city and quite annoying, however the staff was prepared and very very helpful. I wouldn't recommend renting a car, but transportation seems to be quite efficient in Sofia.

Overall nice stay in good location, just some heating pipes noise was a little annoying.

Pros: We only stayed 1 night, so cannot say too much - it was overall good except some noise coming out of heating pipes in the wall. Great location, good buffet breakfast.

Cons: There was constant humming noise coming out of the heating pipes shaft. Well - it's a n old building, but for some sensitive people it might be a problem. Our room was on top floor under the mansard roof and the shaft was passing right in the wall of the room, so it was heard pretty loud. Also - no parking, but the parking garages are not too far away.
