Pros: I made the reservation after arriving to Sofia in the dawn, still they did welcome me and my son warmly. Very good location, the metro line is just outside the hotel entrance

Good location

Pros: Just above the Metro station so in hot summer you don't need to walk outside much. The staff are overall friendly.

Cons: The facilities could be better. The chair is falling apart. The shower area is too small. The AC has an unpleasant smell. Buffet breakfast is not served every day.
