Great stay

Pros: Amazing room with modern decor and comfortable facilities

Pros: It was in the center so location was definitely an asset. I liked people a lot. Very nice staff.

Cons: I think the biggest disadvantage was missing elevator on the property. It can be uncomfortable to move up and down the stairs, especially if one comes and goes several times a day. Another disadvantage is a noise coming from first floor (bar). So, if you like to party, this place is definitely for you :)

Cons: The bar downstairs was loud until 2-3am and could hear the music and vibrations the whole time

Superb room in Sofia's best quarter.

Pros: Amazing room. Stylish, great bed, clean and more than expected. The restaurant on the ground level is a very popular place. the bathroom is perfect. and from the hotel it is a very nice walk to the city center but the area of the hotel is 1 of the most beautiful in Sofia. nice shops, great restaurants and bars and just 60 meters from rhe hotel the most cozy breakfast bar of Sofia. Since the hotel doesn't serve breakfast this breakfast bar is highly recommended.

Cons: No breakfast in the hotel. but a breakfast bar very near to have an amazing breakfast and they serve the best coffee in the city and all the bread is baked fresh. it is a perfect start of the day.

Brilliant and very accommodating!

Pros: Excellent hospitality and welcoming, wonderful facilities & very modern Spa offering private session. Complimentary refreshments at all times. Elaine looked after us for those 3 days and was very caring towards us ensuring we had the best experience ever. Thank you Elaine - you are truly wonderful.
