Hotel House K21

Pros: The room was exactly as seen. All the equipment was operating properly. Everything clean and beds and pillows where very comfortable.

Cons: Nothing bad.

Amazing, comfortable, very close to all amenities, very good hospitality.

Pros: The hospitality from the owner exceeded our expectations, she was very helpful in every way, we went to Bulgaria to buy a house and the first hotel we stayed in, I wont mention the name, we stayed one night and left next day, so wasn't up to our expectations, we received the rest of our balance back!!! Then we found this little gem, very clean, very comfortable, very warm, excellent WiFi, satellite TV, balcony to go out on if you smoke, which we do. Great location, I could go on and on, I would definitely recommend this place, we actually stayed on 2 more nights, changed our flights 👌 would 100% recommend, 10 out of 10 for us, and now we have bought house in Bulgaria, we will be visiting the k21 often, not just as a B&B, but as friend to visit. I will leave it there, because I can go on all day 😂. Highly recommended ❤️

Cons: I cant find fault, oh I didn't like the fact I had to go back home to Netherlands 😂, we would have loved to stay longer ❤️

Amazing small private Hotel in the center of Sofia.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We got in the hotel late night and our self check in was easy with detailed guidance by the owner. The owner was very very helpful and kind. In the morning they made us breakfast and they help us in everything. We had a problem with our car and they were so so helpful, polite and so good that they try to find us solutions and people to help us and even they wanted to help us even to drive us anywhere because our car had problem the owners and all the staff there were just perfect. I recommend these place to everyone.

Pros: Everything was perfect! It was really cozy and clean.

Overall we had a very pleasant time

Pros: Very clean and authentic spacious room. Location is also great, close to the centre. The lady who manages the property was very kind and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast selection was a bit too simple but still good for the price.

Good B&B

Pros: It is a nice B&B not far from the centre. There is a parkingplace before the 'hotel', secured by a camera. Nice room, good beds. The breakfast is good, with Italianstyle coffee! You can sit in the garden, which is a bonus. The owner is a kind lady who speaks several languages f.e English and Italian, also the woman who served the breakfast was a very nice lady.

Pros: Always very good experience, Plamena is great and very helpful

Pros: Comfortable room, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Location good for bus station but not right in center but it is a big city so it depends on where you wish to be. We had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to go. Booking.com description is for the hotel overall so when booking you need to request your particular wants eg balcony.

Kind, helpful and wonderful place to stay

Pros: What a lovely lady with a beautiful house about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sofia. So friendly and helpful and especially caring. A joy to get to know, and we cannot thank you enough for your kindness. Great value. Would love to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very good and pleasant.

Pros: Very nice, clean, comfortable bad, fantastic bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood though in the very city center.

Cons: Just a few things like a dining set, corkscrew, nothing much.
