Family Hotel Madrid

Pros: Very friendly staff, easy to find and acess, most necessary amenities are present. Presented as advertised in the pictures. Most things were in good condition and it was overall clean.

Cons: Some sheets and blankets were stained with something orange and the pull-out couch had breadcrumbs on it. It probably has not been cleaned when folded out.

Great little place to stay

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and great value for money, definitely come again next time we're in Sofia

Cons: Thin wall so you could hear the next door bathroom, but if you keep the door tightly shut that helps! We would have liked a kettle in the room

Amazing!

Pros: My stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel was great, would recommend and visit again. Amazing value for money, convenient location, clean, warm, spacious and very comfortable. I also liked the fact that check out wasn’t until 12:00 the latest.

Cons: Everything was better than we expected.

Pros: We arrived at midnight. The check in process was clearly explained and easy to follow. The next morning delayed check out wasn't possible but we could keep our luggage in the lobby. The front desk staff Paul was exceptional- very courteous and helpful.

Cons: For the amount paid and just for a night halt it was fine.

Cons: The location for me was not so good, but for others could be suitable considering that is close to the railway station and metro.

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean. There were two separate rooms in one flat. So we had our privacy but also we did not have to worry about the kids safety. There was a small balcony upstairs to take fresh air or smoke which is outside of the flat. The entrance of the building any hours with the codes were very simple.

Cons: There was nothing else except basic shampoo and soap and towels. For example no coffee or water in the room. There is one coffee machine downstairs but you need to have cash leva. It does not accept cards or euros. It is a perfect place if you are looking for somewhere to sleep comfortably

Budget accommodation near the airport.

Pros: Perfectly acceptable budget accommodation. We had a family suite with air con in only one of the rooms so it was a little difficult to sleep. We chose the hotel because of proximity to the airport and the staff arranged taxi for us in the early hours of the morning and everything went smoothly. Would use again when flying from Sofia airport.

Cons: Wifi reception was weak on the top floor.

Would recommend

Pros: Great location, really clean and provided everything we needed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Allowed us to leave our luggage while we went sightseeing on the day of our departure

Decent 1 star hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff and good position.

Pros: Good position, near Madrid Boulevard. Bakeries near the hotel so to have breakfast. I arrived later than check-in hours, but the Hotel provided access codes so I could enter and get my keys. Staff was very helpful and quickly sorted all the problems I raised. I would say that this is a perfectly fine 1 star hotel: excellentquality/price ratio.

Cons: Stronge noise woke me up at 4:30am. Not nice, but it was not persistent so I could go back sleeping immediately.
