The staff is very nice and kind, food in the restaurant wasn’t bad, mattress was ok, pillows very uncomfortable.

Pros: The location is good and the view from our room was amazing

Good experience for a night stay

Pros: Friendly staff and the hotel was very near to our actual area of interest. We even were offered complimentary breakfast during our stay, which had good variations as well. Spacious room and clean bathroom.

Cons: Nothing as such.

Stay at Vitosha Park Hotel

Pros: I liked the facility quite a lot. The dinner restaurant was great, good service and food, and reasonable prices. Breakfast was also lovely. There is a spa in the hotel that we have enjoyed. The swiming pool was with mineral water. We loved the location of the hotel and the secure-free parking they have. The entire stuff in the hotel was very welcoming and charming. The hotel was clean and neat.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the pillows for sleep. The filling was no more than 300 grams which is tottally not enough for good sleep. The normal standart is betw 800- 1200 grams, depend on the filling. Or at least they could a leave an extra ones, so we can use them.

A convenient stay for easygoing travelers

Pros: A hotel suitable for a short stay if you are on vacation or hiking. The apartment was practical, with a small kitchenette.

Cons: The apartment we had was suitable only for 4 people. Sleeping on the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable for the fifth person! We were unpleasantly surprised that it was not possible to use the hotel swimming pool, which we were looking forward to after our long car journey, even though it is advertised as part of the hotel’s services.

Pros: The hotel is large, clean, well-maintained, located in a park area next to a supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, university, public transport stops, a taxi is literally called from the hotel by pressing one button, room cleaning in the form of changing towels and bed linen was done every day, the breakfast was delicious

Pros: Breakfast was perfect! Excellent location with nice view of the student's town and the mountain. Very polite and helpful staff.

Pros: It was positioned near our venue, and despite problems for taxi's due to 1 way systems, there were other bars, diners and casino's within walking distance.

Cons: Uber was great 7lv for 8 minute drive, but actual taxi's are unreliable and charged 30lv for same journey!! Couldnt get a kettle for our room to make a cup of tea.
