Pros: Rooms and apartments are fine, as usual. This time we had a huge balcony. Location suits us great. Breakfast is ok.

Cons: There was an issue with a leaking toilet, which was an inconvenience. All around the hotel there are buildings being biult, so bear in mind potential noise.

Pros: easy to find, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. standard room very small but the suite rooms are perfect

Cons: we stayed for 5 nights. we had booked 4 nights in a suite. it was perfect. we had to stay for another night and we were given a standard room. it is only for one person. although the bed is big there is no space for 2 suitcases, no space to sit in the room. it is not value for money the standard room.

Pros: Optimal location in the modern part of the city close to Vitosha national park/ Zoo with good public transport connections. Very good breakfast. Spacious room with the balcony and large bathroom. Good sound isolation. 24/7 reception.

Cons: Few signs of facilities getting dated, but nothing major.
