Lovely hotel, great facilities and extremely helpful staff.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, it was better than what we expected from the pictures on Bookings.com. I would advise updating the pictures in their website. The pool was fantastic for our son, he used it every morning.

Cons: Nothing, we had a great stay.

Cons: The carpet in our room was pretty dirty. Didn’t mention it as we checked in very late due to flight delay and then didn’t want to change rooms.

Pros: The hotel has a lot of restaurants with all kinds of cuisines you want to try. The breakfast is well done, lots of food, and you can find everything you want. It's the best way to start a good day. The rooms are very cozy with Japanese style.

Perfect stay

Pros: I celebrated my birthday at one of the restaurants, delicious food and great service! The night club was also very good. When we arrived we were upgraded to premium rooms, thank you! Rooms are clean and you have everything you need!

Cons: Nothing, maybe the parking is a bit high priced

Really very good hotel! 😁

Pros: Loved the decoration! Heavy on the Japanese theme all around the hotel. Looked awesome though! Food was amazing and while I sit here at breakfast with euro tech house playing through the speakers, I am struggling to find things I didn’t like! We went into Sofia and visited some of the other hotel options I was looking at. The Sense Hotel was also very very nice with an awesome sky bar but still think Marinella is better. Also some of the cars parked out the front of this hotel were a car spotters dream! Lambos, RR, G63s and other top end performance cars on show! Yeah, loved it here!

Cons: Ok so I can think of something. The price for a beer in the hotel bar is like London prices! £7.50! My tip is to drink in the Italian restaurant which is next to the hotel for £3 a pint 😁
