A nice stay in Sofia.

Pros: A spacious room. Great location, close to a metro station and a buss station. Polite staff. Great and rich breakfast.

Cons: Some facilities in the room need fixing.

Pros: Hotel room was spacious and clean. We liked panorama windows, the curtains were blackouts. The staff was nice.

Cons: If you are allergic or have asthma it’s better to look out for other options, because the floor is fully covered with carpets everywhere. The breakfast choice was very limited, they barely have diet options, overall it was ok for once but don’t expect too much. You should keep AC on always cause the room gets hot very easily.

A comfortable stay with a great breakfast, though some improvements and more friendly service would make it even better.

Pros: The hotel is spacious, the breakfast was very good, and the building has a nice modern look. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

Cons: The staff could have been a bit more welcoming. We arrived early in the morning after a long drive (around 7 AM), and they didn’t allow early check-in until 1 PM, although the official check-in time is at 2 PM. We understand the policy, but after such a long trip, a bit of flexibility would have been appreciated.

Pros: That was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever been to! It was extremely large, with an incredible view with huge glass windows all over the one side of the room. Also great to have free parking right outside.

Cons: The kitchen had nothing but a tiny fridge and a water kettle. It was like they made a kitchen just for decoration. Not a single plate, cooking device, nothing.
