Pros: Very good SPA facilities. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: The floor of the room was very noisy

Pleasant stay

Pros: Nice location, clean and warm everywhere inside. Rooms are very large and comfortable. The wine tour was quite interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable and attentive.

Cons: The gourmet restaurant is closed during the week, works only Friday and Saturday and it was one of the main things we wanted to try. This was the reason we booked our stay with breakfast only. That was disappointing. The bar, discotheque is also closed during the week. Also, we were told to bring our wet towels from the SPA/pool back to the room and put them on the floor next to the door and wait for next day to be exchanged. That was very weird, first because they are all wet and smelly, second the rooms have carpet , we ended up putting them on the bathroom floor and it was not pleasant as I like my room to be clean and tidy. I did not understand why don’t we just leave them in the spa when we leave and get fresh ones the next day? That is how it is usually done in otherr places we have visited. The alcoholic drinks are quite expensive. Customer service could be improved .

A large, family friendly complex with good spa facilities

Pros: The complex is in a beautiful location, with great views. Rooms are spacious and have character. The grounds are well maintained. The parking is convenient. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and the food was well prepared, with some more original choices than the usual. The spa areas are quite extensive, especially the pools, water temperature is great!

Cons: The spa area which we explored was great, but some parts could have been better maintained. The salt pool did not seem salty, the main area was a bit chaotic. snow/ice room did not work. cuboards in the changing room did not lock and staff was not very enthusiastic to help.

Nice weekend spa getaway

Pros: Beautiful property with vines and nice spa facilities. Rooms and all facilities were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: Property was very nice and had everything needed. Only suggestion would be some cozy/thoughtful touches in the room to elevate the experience

Amazing location, spa, dining and wine

Pros: -Spacious,clean room with fantastic view -Great food - Two magnificent spas with everything you can think of - Wine tour, mini zoo, play ground for kids

Cons: - The feet massage /mini bath in the hydro-spa is still broken and it was switched off when we came last year.

Will definitely visit again

Pros: Nice and quiet environment. Breakfast and dinner included in the price. Several tourist things to do in the area.

Amazing hotel complex with great wines.

Pros: This is really amazing hotel complex, decorated as a great big hunting lodge. We did like everything, especially the big spacious room and bathroom. All the common areas were very nice too.

Cons: No other e.g. nice restaurants in the near village Starosel, as far as we noticed. This wouold be a good opportunity for some entrepreneuer. So you may need a car to explore the surrounding areas. Easy to improve in the hotel complex would be to add an english menu in the pool bar for both drinks and food. English version of map in the area and wine tasting leflet. I would have also preferred a little cooler water in at least one of the outside pools. The water was so hot during these hot summer days that it hardly cools you off or urges you to swim at all. All the pools were mainly hot tubs or aimed for massage and relaxation rather than swimming. Othervise very nice and numerous amazing pools available in and out and in cooler days definetely perfect.

Pros: The hotel was excellent, very clean, the property was exactly what we expect to be. The breakfast was nicely. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel was everything that I expected and more

Beautiful place!

Pros: Very beautiful property in perfect harmony with the stunning nature around. Room was good size, well maintained and clean with amazing mountain view. Great quality food, everything was very delicious and fresh.
