Nice mountain location with hot mineral pools.

Pros: Nice location with mountain view and hot mineral pools, the finish sauna was hot enough and pools were well maintained. The breakfast was sufficient and choice of meals was adequate and well prepared.

Cons: The hydro massage pools were a bit outdated as they were programmed to work only for 15 min and then stopped for a 15 min break, it didn't make any sense. The pools were too crowded in the weekend when the hotel was full and this worked against relaxing well. We were a group of 5 and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but there was no discount in the total cost, the studio was overpriced without added value and even no balcony. Dinner was delicious but overpriced.

Perfect for family vacation with kids.

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable, great spa, the room was spacious. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: The last few hundred meters of road to the location is steep and narrow so it needs good driving skills.

Cons: However, the parking area wasn't very clean, as our car suffered damage due to the old roof.

Pros: The hotel is in very peaceful and quiet area, the air is so clean and fresh. This is the place where you can actually take a break and rest. The spa is great , water was so clean , sauna and ice room were amazing. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really delicious and rich in choice.

Pros: The hotel was very nice the room was very big and tidy. Domestic staff was very kind, tried to help if custemer had a problem.We had good time and enjoyed.

Cons: I don't like people working in the reception in the hotel, they could be more polite and try to provide more information especially for first time visitors. Unfortunately all information I had from people working in the restorant and hotel bar and I know arrogance is inherent in people in Bulgaria but I hope they can work and improve the service.
