Pros: Great view out of the room, nice breakfast and dinner, pleasant swimming pool and spa area, nice kids room which kept my son entertained.

Cons: Rooms were nice generally, but the bed and couch could use an update

Pros: The location of the hotel. It is in a quiet location

Cons: The heating is poor and we have a issue whit the door which leading to the balcony of the room next door. This door was supposed to be locked, but one day I found it wide open. I asked the reception why it was open, but I didn't get any explanation.

we had a good time, and the SPA was wonderful after skiing

Pros: very good massage, nice jacuzzi, nice dry sauna, good food at dinner and breakfast, very clean bathroom.

Cons: too much chlorine in the pool

Pros: Me and my wife had a great weekend there. Very kind and positive crew. Also we received a compliment from the hotel, instead of a double room we had an apartment. Food was tasty. And the scenery from our terrace was just amazing. I strongly recommend it 🔥

Great place to stay when visiting Bansko and Ralph

Pros: Everything was great! Nice facilities and location. 10 min drive from Bansko.

Cons: Everything was great! The only thing was our room happened to be on 2nd floor, where there was no view.

Pros: The facilities are really nice. The staff is amazing. The massages are very good. The food is ok. Great view to the mountain.

Cons: The parking is on the street and is definitely not secured. If you want to use the hotel parking there is an additional cost. The quality of food served for breakfast and dinner (the buffet) was lower than the food which you could order from the menu.
