Cosy place in winter

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with cosy rooms, friendly staff, and good facilities. The location, close to city centre, was ideal. There was a nice lobby bar area with a log fire - a lovely place to relax.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. Hot drinks provision was poor, with only one machine. This dispensed water that was not hot enough to make tea. Some banitza would have been nice too.

Great holiday in great location

Pros: Great location close enough to walk to the ski lift and the main square. Sauna and steam room were great. Easy to check in and good bar service.

Cons: Breakfast could have been hotter.

Cons: Location is more close to the old town, if you want downtown you walk appx 15 min.

Great hotel

Pros: Great place to stay in Bansko, walking distance to bars resturants and more. The rooms were spacious,comfortable and very clean. Spa downstairs with sauna and pool. Breakfast had a good selection to start the day before the slopes. Shuttle bus service to and from the gondola. To top it off the staff were great. Will stay again.

Great value for money, walkable distance to downtown, ample parking.

Pros: Descent breakfast choices. Coffee (out of a machine) was not good. Suggestion: improve the quality of coffee (e.g. a good cup of simple filtered coffee is far more appreciated than 10 different choices of sub-standard coffee). Plus, it is something that guests can easily judge you favorably over other hotels.

Pros: Minden tetszett, a szobánk nagyon tágas és tiszta volt, rendszeresen takarítottak, a reggeli finom, bőséges. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a kisbusz amivel a szállítást biztosították a gondoláig rendszeresen közlekedett, a sofőr nagyon kedves volt. Imádtuk a sí vakáció minden percét🙂 Ez már a második alkalom volt, de biztosan vissza térünk jövőre is🙂
