Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: It was clean. There were towels, shampoo, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer. Tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.

Cons: The location was not good for us as we were with a kid. The hotel is on a slope, not too convenient.

Pros: It was very clean, warm and cozy with a nice view, slightly away from all the fuss in Bansko. The little staff we saw were very nice.

Cons: As all offers for New Year and generally in Bansko it was very overpriced. You should know that it is not a fully functioning hotel-say the lobby and hallways aren’t warmed and cannot be used even though they are very nice, I didn’t check but I think that the other facilities offered like pool and spa are not functioning as well. There’s no 24h reception as well.

Pros: While the hotel infrastructure needs a bit of work, the people looking after the hotel are amazing. Impressively accommodating to every little request we came up with and made us feel like it was our family.

Great service, great view

Pros: First of all, I want to underline the service. The administrator was pleasant and helpful, and minor problems were fixed quickly. The apartment was great, with a lot of space and a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed.

I definitely recommend this property for the hospitality and spa are!

Pros: The swimming pool was big and the water was heated, such a delight after a day at ski. The people at the reception were si helpful and nice, good breakfast, wonderful view!

Pros: The staff were so helpful particularly Virginia the manager helped us from the minute we arrived late to the minute we left. Her English is brilliant so helps a lot with communications.

Cons: Nothing all very nice and great value.

Pros: BREAKFAST was very good but a bit limited. The swimming pool, the sauna, the dining area were great the staff was very friendly and accomodating

Cons: more variety at breakfast. there was every day turn down service and change of towels, but they were not moping the floors
