Pros: I liked how it was arranged and equipped with all the things needed for the kitchen and bathroom.

Cons: I didn't like that I was cold. The windows do not close properly and when the wind blows outside, you can even hear them whistling.

Wonderful!

Pros: It’s beautiful! All the needed equipment are in. It’s very well located, we could walk to the center of Bansko. There is a beautiful SPA. We really liked it. The owner answer fast when we have questions and tacking care of our need.

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, it has all equipment that we needed during our stay, definitely recommend it!

Cons: I complained to reception from the children entertainment (disco) in the evening starting at 8pm until 9 pm, the music and the noise was extremely loud and stressful, performed outdoors very close to the apartment.

Nice apartment in a beautiful resort

Pros: The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable, the resort was beautiful, and the spa facilities were excellent.

Cons: 1. The wifi in the room was weak. Also, the tv connection was unstable. 2. There was low humming in the room, especially noticed in the bedroom at night, probably from electricity cabinet pretty close to the window. 3. We were 5, and it was too small for us. We would recommend the apartment for a family of up to 4 (or with little kids).

We would be happy to stay here again!

Pros: A lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. We stayed with our 3 year old grandson and we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of many toys in the place. We like the spa center of the complex and prefer to stay in the private apartments that are attached to it. But this apartment is definitely our favorite!!! We would be happy to stay here again!

Cons: There is no flexibility at check out. But in our case the person at the reception allowed us to keep the spa card after we returned the apartment key.

Pros: This flat is amaizng, equipped with eveything needed and with an amazing design. We felt extremely cozy and comfy! It is also super near the Spa zone

Pros: Excellent apartment for us, a family of 3, well equipped, from cables to kitchen , games and 3 lovely owals furry dolls who helped my son sleeps. warm clean and welcoming. Veronica was very communicating, picked the key at the reception which includes a card to use the spa facilities. Had a nice balcony for enjoying outdoor.

Cons: I would add double electric input to use light and AC at the same time
