Pros: The location is great, clear and easy instructions to get in. Spacious place, clean enough. Close to express gondola, 8-9 minutes of walking (500m).

Cons: The kitchen has really basic stuff. The only pan was scratched, just 2 mugs. Our daughter lost her slipper under the bed, and when she tried getting it, found lots of dust and a pair of socks from previous people 😄free parking can be an issue, but there is paid parking near, no need to pay during the night.

For the price this is as good as you’re going to get. Affordable, clean and not far from resort

Pros: Very affordable and clean property. Does what you need it to do. If you are staying for skiing then it’s more than fine. Will cater for your needs, the property has got storage space too and all white good electricals were working.

Cons: The bed/mattress covering was very small and didn’t actually fit the bed. The living room heater wasn’t working (though the room was not cold because the bathroom heater was working).

Great studio apartment, but no internet connection

Pros: Excellent location to gondola station musala hike, easy self check in process, early check in allowed, good kitchen facilities, balcony view, good heating, easy WhatsApp communication

Nice apartment, super value for money

Pros: Very nice apartment in a hotel complex. Very clean and spacious, nice bed and balcony. It is very close to the Borovets gondola and the restaurants, everything is within walking distance. Super value for money!

Very good for the price

Pros: Good value for the money, the room was nice and clean. Kitchen has all tools needed. Hot water in kitchen and toilet

Cons: Keep note that the building is 800m from the slopes. Walking distance is uphill

Pros: Great location. 5-10 minute walk up hill to the Borovets Ski Gondola. 15 minute walk to the bottom Ski resort. The self catering accommodation is basic but fit for purpose for if you wanted to prepare a meal in your room. The property seemed to be very clean. The staff didn’t seem to mind us walking to our room in Ski boots. Baggage room was available for late flights post check out. Cheap and cost effective. I would stay again.

Cons: There was no Ski rack outside of the property but Ski equipment was allowed to be taken to your room. The property bar didn’t have draft but that’s just personal preference.

Amazing place

Pros: The room has everything you need for a comfort stay. It is small, but includes all the facilities needed to prepare food, and the space left is perfect for 2 people. Beds are comfortable, there is a small table to eat food, the bathroom is clean, and soap is provided. We arrived at night, and luckily there is self check-in option, so we didn't disturb anyone. The hosts are just amazing. We had the problem with the car, and the hosts helped us to find the mechanic who fixed our problem. They were always replying very fast and spent a lot of time to help us solve the issue. I definitely recommend this amazing place.

Cons: The wi-fi was slow sometimes, but it was temporary, and you don't really need it there after all :)

Pros: Стаята беше идеална, перфектно изчистена, за втори път идваме тук и определено ще идваме пак. Местоположението е много удобно - на тихо и спокойно място на 5-10 минути пеша от гондолата. Благодарим на домакините!

Pros: -Безплатен паркинг пред хотела -Чистота -Спокойна локация, на 10 мин от центъра -Инструкциите по настаняването бяха ясни и се настанихме лесно -В стаята имаше печка, хладилник, кана и всичко необходимо

Cons: Единственото, което не ни допадна беше, че спалнята всъщност не е спалня, а две единични легла едно до друго.
