Super Central Stylish Suite & Studio with Shared Terrace by Flat Mаnager

Pros: Despite its very central location, the flat is so quiet and cozy. The space is beautifully designed, with attention to detail. There are many sites around (also ancient), metro just a few steps away, with easy access from and to the airport. Kind host, good communication.

Cons: Very likely there are some canalisation issues in the building, perhaps due to its age. As a result there’s a specific smell the bathroom, yet there isn’t a real pipe issue, just the smell. I suspect, that the flat owner can’t really do much about it.

Pros: A huge apartment, beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. The location is excellent. We highly recommend it.

Cons: In the small bathroom, the water drains quite slowly, which can lead to flooding.

Cozy flat in the center of Sofia

Pros: A cozy flat on a great location at the very heart of Sofia, on a walking distance to all major attractions and directly at the metro station Serdica! Easy contactless access, comfortable bed, shared terrace and a smaller private terrace, new furniture and easy communication with staff. An excellent choice even for the longer stay!

Cons: Everything was fine.

Will definitely recommend to any friends visiting Sofia.

Sofia City Centre Apartment

Pros: Location absolutely perfect for public transport and easy access to majority of historical locations and nightlife. Would totally recommend.

Cons: Would liked to have a blanket for the couch. Absolutely nothing I can complain about.

Almost perfect

Pros: Pretty much everything, this property ticked all the boxes: - It is indeed super central, you can walk to most of the city's attractions. Super close to Vitosha boulevard where you'll find plenty of restaurants, and you have the metro right by the door that goes straight to the airport. Hard to beat really. - The apartment is very stylish and modern, easily the best looking non-hotel accommodation I have stayed in - There is both AC and heating functioning properly - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable - There is an outside small courtyard for smokers - The host hit the perfect balance between non-intrusive and helpful. - Very affordable price (perhaps not to Bulgarian standards)

Cons: The shower in the bathroom connected to the living room can get a bit of a mess because the water gets everywhere if you're not careful. If it wasn't for this, it would have been a perfect stay.

Value for money stay in the heart of Sofia

Pros: Very good location just next to the Saint Sofia monument and three minutes from the Vitosha street. Spacious and nicely decorated apartment. The host was responsive and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom smelt when the ventilation was off. The mattress was a bit soft to my liking.

Lovely stay in Sofia

Pros: The studio was clean, nicely decorated, and in a very strategic position, nearby the metro station and all the main attractions. The host, Alex, was super communicative and kind. He even gave me great food recommendations!

Cons: Although there are heaters, it takes a while to warm up the studio
