Pros: Our family really enjoyed our stay at Artiesta. Gergana was really helpful before as well as during our stay. She booked for us a slot at a nearby parking, and she had immediately responded when we asked an extra cover for a blanket. The apartment is freshly renovated and beautifully decorated. We stayed at apartment 7, which we highly recommend. The apartment location is really central, and we walked by foot to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the 65-inch TV screen and that we had more than enough space for a 4 members family. Gergana provides a website with localized useful information as well as suggestions.

Cons: The only thing that it is a con for the apartment is building entrance and the way up to the apartment, which is a bit spooky, especially at night. The building is old and not renovated.

Pros: Very new and comfortable flat in the center os sofia. We had a nice stay (couple + sofabed for 13 years old child)

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, very clean, lots of facilities - washing machine, iron, even tea bags etc. Communication was great, and Gergana couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely experience all around in a brilliant central location. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The entrance is a little rough and unwelcoming but it is actually very safe feeling.

Cons: Cafe tier was not usable as band loose, only 2 towels. Pictures were for different appartments

Molt agradable

Pros: Situació céntrica, perfecte per poder visitar Sofia en un dia i a peu. Una atenció immillorable.

Cons: Esta una mica falta d'escrits de cuina si volguessis menjar a casa, Vaig estar allotjada en un apartament amb dos altells i un d'ells te una escala una mica complicada de pujar i baixar.
