Lots of light in very central location

Pros: The apartment is very big, has windows on three sides so no matter what time of the day it is there is always a lot of natural light. Very well located less than 5 minutes from Serdika Station.

Лучшее соотношение цена-качество в самом центре.

Pros: Супер расположение. 1 минута пешком от метро и от центра. Большая квартира. Есть всё необходимое. Две спальни, два санузла и большая гостиная с кухней и удобным обеденным столом. Большой выбор подушек, одеял, дополнительное бельё, все необходимые мелочи - многое продуманно для удобства!

Cons: 1. Подниматься нужно пешком на 2-й этаж, но по сути 3-й. С тяжелыми чемоданами это тот еще квест. 2. Сам подъезд мрачный, и хоть это и не влияет на квартиру, но влияет на ощущения. :) 3. Ванные комнаты сделаны стильно, но не очень продуманны. При любом использовании душа в обеих ванных начиналась Венеция - после мытья нужно использовать швабру для того, чтобы собрать воду, чтобы иметь возможность зайти в ванную. 4. Окна тонкие, из-за этого шум с улицы и пролетающие над домом каждые 5 минут самолеты и колокола церкви слышны ощутимо. Если вы трепетны к тишине, то имейте ввиду.

Très envie d'un deuxième séjour

Pros: L'emplacement est super, le logement est propre et fonctionnel, la vue sur les Rouen romaine rajoute au cadre Les photos correspondent bien au logement

Cons: L'entrée n'est pas éclairée, les communs ne sont pas en bonne état, mais ça rajoute à l'aspect \
