Pros: The self check in and out options, the helpful owner, the free parking option and the clean and spacious apartment.

Cons: There was a coffee machine but no capsules or tea.

Pros: Everything was really nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Pros: Nice apartment, comfortable and spacious. Mostly quiet. Has a washing machine that comes in handy on a longer trip.

Cons: A bathroom floor wiper would be useful until there is no curtain or glass between shower and toilet. There were no spatula or ladle for cooking. No clothes drying rack. For some reason there was no WiFi on the morning of check out.

Pros: It was easy to get to, the owner sent a helpful video and pictures to help us get there and into the room. It was warm, very clean and had all you needed for a night to stay before an early flight from Sofia. We found a small supermarket nearby and were able to cook ourselves an evening meal.

Cons: We couldn’t find any decent English speaking tv channels - you could bring a firestick if you have one!

Pros: We were with a small baby and the host was very nice to warm up the apartment in advance. Outside was like -1 but inside was super warm and cozy. My older daughter loved the PS4.

Pros: The location is great. The comunication with the host went smoothly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We even had a Sony play station! When we come to Sofia next time this apartment will be ours for sure!!! Hope to see you soon!

Pros: Everything was great. The communication with the owner was perfect. He helped us to find taxi and to keep our baggage somewhere safe after the check out. The apartment was great, clean and spacious!

Cons: The only negative was that it hasn't shampoo or soap and wastebasket in the bathroom.

Pros: The host is an absolute angel, she was very easy to communicate with and very responsive, incredibly friendly and kind and eager to resolve any queries. The apartment was not available at the time of our stay so we ended up staying in another apartment they rent out which is more expensive for no extra charge! 10/10 would highly recommend, will be back very shortly.
