The Yellow House in Sofia

Pros: Good location, clean apartment. Good communication with owners.

Cons: There was an issue with a terrible smell from the pipes, however I see the owners tried their best to work on it by trying to conceal the smell, covering the shower drain, and placing incense sticks and other room perfumes.

Great accommodation! Definitely recommend

Pros: The location was excellent . Tiny apartment for a perfect stay in Sofia. Well equipped with everything you need. I would definitely return and recommend it.

Cons: Nothing, it would be nice to have something to mop the floor in the bathroom after taking a shower.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Brilliant location with lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lovely balcony. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. Toiletries and hairdryer made travelling light easy.

Cozy appartment in a central location

Pros: Superb location- everything is in the walking distance. 3rd floor appartment- balcony is large enough, cozy and offers you nice views to surroundings, buildings and city life. Location is also very quiet. App is renovated and well equipped, coffee machine is bonus. Communication with owner also very good.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit smaller, lite smell from the sewer- but that all wasn’t huge problem. Would choose the same app if I visit Sofia again.

Cosy and clean

Pros: The location was great - lots of nice little places to get food and/or coffee. A tidy, clean apartment. Perfect for a short stay.

Cons: Nothing!!

Pros: This place has a great location and it is very close to the top center and interchange metro station (the lines going to the airport and central bus and railway stations). The communication with the owner was smooth and quick. I appreciate the fact they allowed me to check-in about an hour earlier based on my arrival time. The apartment was well equipped and I found inside everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fact that the apartment has a balcony is important, as well as that the apartment had a space from other buildings around. Despite the cold weather and low temperatures outside it was warm and comfortable inside. This is what we can call value for money!

Cons: The only issue was the strong smell from the sewage, coming from the bathroom.

I would like to spend more days there!

Pros: Beautiful apartments in an old building with a spiral staircase and mosaics on the floor! A very nice dressing table with a mirror covered with a napkin with an embroidered pattern is so cute and so balkanish! It is a pity that we stayed only for one night and did not have time to spend time on the beautiful balcony! There is a good coffee shop nearby and it's very close to all attractions in the city

Cons: Shower and toilet are not separated from each other, but this is in every house in Bulgaria and this is not a problem. Heavy luggage can be tricky to carry up the spiral stairs, but for a lover of old architecture, this is a common thing =)

Pros: Great communication with the host and a lovely cozy place with a central location, which was very convenient. Comes with everything you need. Would stay here again.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Na miejscu dostępne wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy, mały piekarnik, czajnik. Oddzielny przedpokój z szafą, wygodne łóżko i bardzo dobra lokalizacja- wszędzie można dostać się na piechotę.

Cons: Mała łazienka ale reszta apartamentu to wynagradza.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino ed è dotato di tutto (bollitore, vasta scelta di tisane, macchina del caffè, piccolo frigorifero, stoviglie, cucina); ottima la posizione; l'host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons: Il bagno è molto piccolo e non essendoci il box doccia, ma solo una tenda, si bagna tutto; pensavo però peggio perché una volta fatta la doccia si asciuga tutto molto velocemente e quasi sembra che il bagno sia stato usato. Un po' scomodo il fatto che l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano senza ascensore.
