Cosy and comfortable stay in the centre of Sofia.
Pros: Specious, location was great. Main sites in walking distance. Apartment was clean and the host was really nice. Nelly allowed us an early check in.
Cons: Apartment was at the fourth floor and no lift. However we knew from before booking.

Liked the apartment, its amenities and the location
Pros: The property is located near the city center and its quite easy to walk downtown and visit many places. The flat is really nice with all the necessary equipment for a family for either a short or a longer stay. Our hostes was very polite and very organised to explain hot to find and enter the apartment, how to use many of its amenities as also where to park in the area.
Cons: Not sure if it was mentioned somewhere and we missed it but the apartment is on the 4th floor. Some days that we had to do multiple trips to 4th and down and also after a long day walk in the city it was a struggle. (i'll need to add at this point that I am not used to do that daily and that is just a personal opinion)

Very lovely place, highly recommended
Pros: Great location, close to the city centre and some very good cafes for morning coffee. Very clean, well-furnished apartment with everything you need (even toothpaste).
Cons: No lift and 4th floor, a bit tricky after a day of walking. The room (without air conditioning) was a bit cold at night, but there was a portable heater which fixed the problem.

A little gem in the City
Pros: We only had a long weekend yo visit Sofia and this house is in the right location to reach the center. The street is very quiet so perfect to rest after a long day, we didn't mind it has no lift (stairs are a good exercise after all the delicious food we tried). The apartment is bautifully furbished, provided with all the conforts. Everything is brand new and the beds are really comfortable. The second bathroom is a real plus, we were a party of 4. Our lovely host Nelly and her husband did an amazing job and took care of every detail to make this apartment a little gem. She was very helpful to find a car park and to give us some tips to make the best of our short break. Super recommended. Thanks!

Pros: The house is very beautiful, as in the photos, close to the center and equipped with all comforts; very convenient to have two bathrooms. The owners of Casa are very available and kind in promptly accepting every request. I recommend booking. The only flaw, there is no lift but for us it was not a problem.

Bel appartement, bien situé, nous y reviendrons !
Pros: Un bel appartement avec de grandes pièces et hauts plafonds, une jolie décoration et des balcons agréables. Echange facile avec l’hôte qui a par ailleurs été tout à fait arrangeante, car elle nous a permit d’arriver un petit peu plus tôt que prévu dans l’appartement (ce qui nous a bien aidé compte-tenu des nombreuses activités que nous avions prévu, merci!). Indications et photos très claires pour l’arrivée. A distance de marche du métro, dans le centre et dans un quartier agréable. Nous n’avons pas vraiment eu le temps de tester la cuisine à l’exception de la cafetière. Si nous revenons à Sofia, nous aurons plaisir à revenir dans cet appartement !
Cons: Aucun point véritablement négatif, mais il faisait très chaud les 3 jours oú nous sommes venues et l’ajout de la climatisation dans la 2e chambre serait un plus (bien qu’un ventilateur soit mis à disposition, ce qui est déjà bien). Les 4 étages à monter ne nous ont pas gêné, mais pourraient effectivement l’être en cas de difficultés de marche.

Precioso apartamento en el centro de Sofia
Pros: El apartamento es precioso, decorado con un gusto exquisito. Es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Además cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades, aire acondicionado, secador, lavadora, cocina equipada, champú, gel, etc. Además estaba muy limpio. Está situado en el centro muy cerca de las fuentes de agua caliente de Sofia. Se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. En la zona hay un montón de restaurantes y cafeterías. La anfitriona fue muy amable.
Cons: Me gustó todo. Quizá lo único a mencionar es que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, pero nos daba igual. Vale la pena subir esos escalones.
