Family friendly downtown apart

Pros: Everything in the flat was great - very clean, warm, relatiely spacious, comfortable beds... .The attention to detail in the way the apartment is furnished and the fact that they had guests in mind is visible everywhere, but especially of note and appreciation was that the bathroom was fully stocked with all sorts of things (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) Arrival was super easy since the keys are in a lockbox. Location is in the very center of the City - metro is 7 minutes away on foot, there's a Lidl supermarket 3 minutes away and many restaurants and breakfast cafes nearby. The host was super-responsive at all times : she replied within a few minutes of all the messages that we sent for various reasons. WiFi was also good , no issues with intense usage and streaming.

Cons: The only thing of note is that there's no lift (which is stated in the ad, so no surprises), and that the second bedroom is not really a room but an area separated by a courtain from the living room. Also, it would be great if the host could get a microwave. None of these were significant for us.

Pros: Very clean, cute apartment that is perfect for exploring Sofia as centrally located and lots of tips from the (very responsive) host.

Pros: A very homey and comfortable space. We enjoyed the location as it was very central, a walking distance from everything, cultural sites, eateries, supermarkets, main bus terminal...etc. The area is safe and quiet. We did extend one more night as well.

Excellent host and apartment!

Pros: The apartment is big and very comfortable. The host was super kind and replied really fast when I had questions during the stay (how to turn on the shower, when the electricity suddenly went off in the neighborhood, etc.). I really really appreciate her kind attention. Also, I added another person to the reservation, and she didn't charge me more money for that. Definitely, I'd stay there another time if I go back to Sofia.

Pros: Fantastic location to explore Sofia. Really couldn't have been better placed for the centre. Great neighbourhood to be in, very vibrant.

Cons: No parking. I went to a 24/7 underground parking around 1km away (under the statue of Sofia) - I paid 35€ for 2 days No elevator and it was on the 3rd floor, so you needed to climb a bit The building inside needs a good cleaning (and a renovation)

Cambio de apartamento

Pros: Un dia antes de llegar nos envió un mensaje cambiando el apartamento, ya que en este no habia agua. La verdad que buena atención, pero no podemos valorar este apartamento porque no estuvimos en él. El apartamento que nos dieron a cambio estaba muy cerca del centro, nos dieron las indicaciones correctas y pudimos llegar sin problema. Fue un fallo no tener nuestro apartamento, pero se solucionó antes de que llegaramos y todo muy bien.

Efficace et confortable !!

Pros: La localisation était exceptionnelle!! Proche des sites touristiques, du métro, une épicerie et un café super mignon !
