Pros: We liked almost everything, except the beds: Easy access, fast and very good communication with the host, good Location, cleaned apartment. Very good and good equipped kitchen.
Cons: Very bad beds to sleep on. We were 2 families. 4 of us slept on the flor in the living area (futon concept). Other four slept in the bedrooms but the the mattresses in the bedrooms were very bad like you are sleeping on the bench. And because the living area was occupied with the futon beds we didn't have place to relax. You need to change the mattresses in the bedrooms and the apartment will be excellent.

Go for it!
Pros: The place is very clean and it looks great. We only stayed for one night, and we were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The staff was very nice, and politely answered all my concerns, to make sure we have a comfortable stay. The children slept on the floor an the mattresses they provide, and they loved it. I even think that it was more comfortable for them, as the bed was too hard for my taste 😀 Do, go ahead, pick this place, everything is ok. P.s. in the picture I only posted one bedroom and one bathroom, but there are, as described, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 😀

Great accommodation
Pros: Nice apartment, good location, great communication. I would mention that we were not fully aware that some of the sleep spaces are some mattresses directly on the floor. Not necessarily uncomfortable but a bit unexpected for us as we were not familiar with futon bed concept😅. However, great place for the price.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment four adults and we were very comfortable. The location is very convenient. Very close to the center and with the possibility of parking on the street for a small fee. The building is old and neglected but the apartment is renovated and decorated with taste. All the spaces are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of hot water and the heating is very good. We will prefer it on our next trip.

2 double bedroom apartment with additional mattresses
Pros: Hot water & good water pressure. Interesting gadgets in the apartment. Very cool & modern decor. Great location. Mini market across the street. Friendly & helpful host.
Cons: The dining table is very very unstable when anyone tries to lean against it. The common area is very run down but once inside the apartment you forget all about it.

Spacious, stylish, cosy and really clean
Pros: Spacious, stylish, cosy and really clean. The apartment is equipped with attention to detail: interesting books and board games, decoration - everything creates comfort and a joyful mood. With convenient location in the city center. Five minutes from the major Mall of Sofia, and metro station. Parking (paid) along the streets, it is quite possible to find a place, in the neighboring courtyard there is a large paid parking. Immediate communication with the owner and quick answers to all questions that arise. Many thanks for the professional hospitality!

Pros: we had a great stay. Arriving at night felt a bit unsafe but in the morning we saw its a nice area. The appartment is very cozy and in the right size for family of 5. It was clean and felt safe. Close to vitosha an the centre of sofia. The kids enjoyed the Tv and xbox. The host was very helpfull with every thing we needed.

A Fine Apartment but....
Pros: The apartment is of good quality, well furnished, decorated and maintained. It is about 15 mins walk to Vitosha Boulevard, there are two convenience shops close by. The apartment is quite spacious and everything we needed worked. So a good rating is deserved. Therefore it gets an 8 but would be higher except for a few irritating negatives outlined above
Cons: The front door of the building is covered in graffiti. The stairwell is dingy and dimly lit. First impressions count even if landlord can't control everything. We would invite Booking.com to review the list of rules which were not furnished until day of arrival. The list is too long to paste here. Suffice it to say the tone is strident, rather unwelcoming. At the very least these rules should be clearly flagged before booking is aggreed. It is doubtful we would have booked had we seen them beforehand.
