Great experience, good location, very good interior, but messages left unanswered

Pros: Very good vibe, real home. Everything necessary is provided

Cons: Bathroom is uncomfortable too small and at night we could feel cold, if you’re travelling in winter take warm pijamas

A cosy apartment suitable for a small group

Pros: I would rate our stay here as pleasant overall. The apartment was clean and had AC in both the living room or should I say first bedroom and also the second bedroom. The kitchen is very servicable and well set up. It's a great plus point that the place has two balconies at the front and rear end. It was a very peaceful night's sleep, on the weekend the surrounding area was pin drop quiet and no noise from the neighbours.

Cons: Perhaps through my own oversight I assumed that this apartment would be a 2 bedroom setup with a living room apart from both of these rooms. In actual fact, there are only two rooms which accommodate persons for sleeping purposes. The living room cum first dormitory has a fold out bed along with a sofa. The only purpose built bedroom in the apartment (for which a dining room serves as a throughfare with a washbasin as the toilet/shower cubicle does not possess one) has a single bed and a red pull out sofa bed which has clearly seen better days. Just bear in mind that for the purposes of resting ones head the possible facilities are as follows: Living room: Teeny sofa only suitable for someone of a shorter stature Fold Out Bed Bedroom: Single Bed Pull out couch Also worth noting that the toilet along with the shower is exceptionally snug and tight. Not that we considered it a massive issue for our short stay but warrants a mention nonetheless. One drawback of the building aside from the apartment itself is that upkeep doesn't seem to be constant in terms of cleaning of the entrance and staircase. It was cobwebs, dust and grime galore throughout the upwards ascent. Also the building posseses no lift and the apartment itself requires climbing a few flights of stairs.

Pros: Stylishly furnished and comfortable, despite the concern one might have on first entering the building. Well located for getting around the centre.

Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable, all is like on the pictures. The apartment is newly renovated, successfully combining modern and vintage styles. All utensils needed to cook basic food available, also a Nespresso coffee maker, a sandwich maker and a hot water kettle. The host provided coffee capsules and a variety of tea bags, as well as basic stuff like sugar, salt, oil. There is a washing machine+dryer as well as a dishwasher so the apartment is also suitable for longer stays. You feel like at home.

Cons: There is no elevator and the bathroom is small but those were already mentioned in the listing and were not a problem for us.

Cons: La doccia non era molto comoda e non era molto efficiente, non c’è modo di oscurare le finestre completamente, la luce entra nella stanza dato che le tende sono distanti dalle pareti, quindi risulta difficile dormire la mattina e durante il giorno. Lo staff non ha mai risposto ai nostri messaggi, fino all’ultimo avevano paura si potesse trattare di una truffa ma fortunatamente così non è stato.

Pros: великолепно разположение на пешеходно разстояние от местата, които ми беше важно да посетя.

Cons: инсталирането на душа има нужда от поправка, в момента водата тече едновременно във всички посоки (и не само от душа :)

Удобная большая квартира в центре.

Pros: Центр города. Шаговая доступность до достопримечательностей. Рядом много магазинов. Заселение с ключами из сейфа. Хороший, быстрый интернет. Оборудование кухни. Наличие посудомоечной и стиральной машины. Капсулы кофе, масло, соль, сахар, специи от хозяина. Полный набор химии и моющих средств. Банные принадлежности- мыло, шампунь.

Pros: Достъп до желаната от мен локация, наемането стана много лесно, всичко е според очакванията ми.
