Value for money

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, great location and breakfast with everything we needed not much but quality.

Cons: Everything was fine, except in one of the rooms we had issue with the chimney as it was exactly outside the window and we couldnt open the windows for fresh air.

Great value for money and great staff

Pros: Great value for money, good location, good breakfast. The owners were super friendly. The steak house on the bottom is good and well priced. I will definitely try to stay there next time I am in Bansko.

Cons: There was a problem with one of my friends´ bedroom, for 2 od the days they were given a bedroom with a bathtub where they could only really shower sitting down on the bath tub since the ceiling was too low. That was a pity and is something I and they cannot forget in an evaluation. But as for my experience, no complaints

Beautiful hotel, we will come back!

Pros: Very nice and clean hotel, with beautiful rooms. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and dinner, that can be taken in the hotels own restaurant was very delicious and worth the price. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!
