Lovely family run hotel very friendly with our family we had double room and family room great vacation in perfect locat

Pros: Rooms were big and very clean beds comfortable and shower room very satisfactory also plenty of wardrobe space

Basic but super clean and affordable

Pros: The hotel and the rooms are super clean although it is quite basic which is expected from the affordable price. It is a family hotel and the owners are there to help you anything you might need for an extra cost. Very helpful the fact that they can drive you up to the mountain for an extra cost.

I would book to stay here again!

Pros: Everything was clean, the rooms were basic but functional and warm. The location was great and in a quiet area, close to some nice restaurants and bakeries. The tv in the room did have an English movie channel as a bonus. There is a small bar in reception with all the drinks you should need.

Cons: The beds were a little hard, only slight complaint.

Pros: This is a Family run Hotel. The hosts are very helpful. They arranged us the airport to hotel transfer, Hotel is in Bansko Centre with mostly all main attractions are within walking distance. Rooms were very clean, totally recommend Kralev Dvor Hotel! 😊

Great hotel for stag

Pros: Very friendly staff Marin was excellent and we arranged pick up and drop off to and from Sofia airport. Rooms were clean and showers hot. Bed were clean and comfy enough for our needs. There was 10 of us on a stag and we felt really well catered for. Hotel only around a 5 minute walk from the Gondola and the bars ect. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Cons: If I had to pick a hole in anything it would be we had to pay 10 Lev each if we wanted to use the sauna but this is being very picky as I imagine it's very expensive to turn on and heat up.

perfect for short or long stays

Pros: The hotel is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the food was delicious, it is a nice place for vacation stay. In summer the garden provides a good shade and is very pleasant to have lunch or just sit outside. There was a nice balcony as well. The room is comfortable and clean.

Cons: Cannot think of something that I did not like

Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Hosts.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and always had a hot option. Coffee will put hairs oon your chest! The hosts will take you to the ski hire shop, then by pass the Gondola queue to a lift some way past midstation for 50 LEV and takes a lot of sweat off your day!

Pros: The family that run the hotel - Marin, Marianne and Ronin could not have been better hosts and made our stay awesome. The hotel was spotless and you could really telll that it was a family business. not just a faceless corporate chain
