Cosy, small hotel in great Bansko location

Pros: A lovely, cosy little hotel with rooms and food at a very reasonavle price. Deyan, the owner, was very kind to us, organising transfers to and from Sofia airport and accomodating pf vegan diets at breakfast and dinner. The food in restaurant Oscar was high quality and reasonably priced. We loved the jazz and blues music too. My partner enjoyed the Bulgarian wines on offer. The rooms were very warm (which is what we needed after skiing each day in February) and we had a nice balcony with great views. The location of the hotel was peaceful as it was away from the bars and nightclubs of Bansko main street but it was very convenient (15 minute walk to the gondola lift up the mountain and 5-10 minute walk to bottom of the main street in the old town). The decor in the hotel was very tasteful. There was always a fire in the living room/lobby area and the two dogs were super chilled out and adorable! Would stay again.

Cons: We can't think of anything to improve on for the price. There is a sauna, we believe, but we didn't use it. Would recommend asking about that as there wasn't much info about it.

An excellent find!!

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Definitely a family feel to the whole place. The owner was available at all times to help and offer advice and the shuttle to and from the Gondola was a massive bonus. The breakfast was just right before a day on the slopes and dinner in the restaurant there very tasty too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you Nino for a great stay!

Lovely place to stay if you intend to ski in Bankso , would repeat

Pros: The personal treatment the owners gives you is amazing! He was always available for us, he made adjustments to fit our needs and offered us some good tips and advices! The breakfast was very good as well

Cons: I think the breakfast should be available sooner, but we could make those adjustments as we needed.

Pros: The host was extremely kind and helpful; we were very grateful for the free transport to and from the gondola that he provided! Breakfast and dinner in the Hotel's own restaurant were very good, and good value for money. Hotel is in a great location; just a short walk from the traditional Bulgarian Taverns in the old town centre of Bansko.
