A restful and relaxing week in an hotel that merits its 5 star rating

Pros: Varied and copious breakfast buffet Good location in a quiet part of town only a few minutes on foot from the Old Town - away from the hustle and bustle of the late-night bars and clubs Effective free shuttle service to the ski gondola Stylish renovated room Extensive spa area with good facilities and excellent staff

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Lucky Bansko! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Pros: Excellent review for a hotel The hotel is elegantly designed. The staff has an exceptionally high level of service awareness. There is a large variety at both breakfast and dinner, and everything is delicious. The spa is well-maintained, clean, and offers numerous and diverse facilities. The reception team makes every effort to provide anything needed, always with a smile – especially Lyubo.

Cons: The only black spot was the ski depot, unfortunately for such great hotel, ski depot was very small and so unorganized. Awful experience.

The Queen of Bansko! 10/10.

Pros: A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

Pros: I have not been in LB few years. It is great to see that the quality did not change. Great place for family holidays... nreakfast beyond expectations...

Cons: I was expecting a bit warmer water in spa. Generapy it was cleam although some places would deserve more attentuon - grubby edges of the pool and jacuzzy, bottom of railings etc...
