Pros: The room was comfortable, the breakfast was everything, the staff was friendly, clean. There is a shuttle to the gondola and back. Quiet location. only the pool could be given more attention.

Cons: You need to bring slippers from home to go to the pool or sauna. The rest was more than nice, but the guests were very rude. Send fee

Awesome stay

Pros: The lady at the reception and the lady in the restaurant were so so nice and accomodated all our requests. I forgot my book at home and the lady at the reception (sorry, I forgot her name) even brought her own books to give me to choose from. Because everyone was skiing, I was very lucky to use the swimming pool for myself. Breakfast was tasty and had homemade banitsa and french toast if you went early enough in the morning. They also had a small fireplace which they lit in the evening as we went in february and was cold, so you can sit next to the fireplace and read a book or just chat with a glass of wine.

Pros: Well placed and easy to find. Situated in down town is a pleasure to walk around. There is Spa zona inside with a big swimming pool. Also bakeries around. I enjoyed homemade from “the French guy bakery”, really tasty baguettes and croissants from sourdough ..

Cons: Charged parking (Blue zone), but 6-7 minutes walking distance is a free parking slot. Anyway, hotel offers free shuttle to ski zona.

Pros: Employees are very polite and friendly. Location is near a center, ski bus went on half hours. Lobby bar was very nice and it was very nice atmosphere by the fireplace. Room was very clean.

Cons: The internet was poor in the room.

Pros: It was lovely and cosy and warm. It had lovely views from the balcony of the garden and distant snow capped mountains.The restaurant was nice and good value and the breakfast good. It was also not too far from the Central Bus station .Staff were very good.

Cons: I have limited mobility and the two sets of two stairs were a bit tricky but I managed them. But it was an overnight stay. We would go again as there was a lift for some of the internal interior,just not all.
