Pros: Amazing and cozy place! In the center, with a shuttle to the gondola and a great spa area. We will come again ❤️

Pros: -old but super clean room - I had a room with a view (from a distance) to the ski center as long as to the hotel parking slots. I could see the ski center while at the same time I could have a look at my car - I paid extra at the hotel for having breakfast (didn’t included in my room price) - definitely worth it as a coffee outside costs almost half price

Cons: - big mess at the bathroom makes the lack of curtains - very few hangers and storage areas in the room. It was difficult to accommodate all these winter clothes

clean room and real fireplace

Pros: The real fireplace in the lobby immediately creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, with fresh bed linen changed daily. I also really appreciated the bar and the free-access sauna. As I am from Finland, having a sauna available is especially important to me. The staff were polite and friendly. There is a free shuttle to the ski slopes three times a day. I didn’t need it, but it looked convenient. Having Netflix on the TV in the room was a nice bonus. If the price is up to €100 per night, I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to get clear information in advance about the possibility of late check-out.

Pros: Very friendly staff, nice food, great loby bar with affordable prices.

Pros: Excellent hotel, 3 saunas, hot swimming pool, amazing breakfast and dinner, adjustable heating system in the room, free transfer to the ski lift, beautiful lobby with a fireplace and a bar, modern rooms and beautiful waitresses)

Pros: The breakfast was ok, there wasn't much choice. Spa is ok, with heated water, but there was not kids pool. The reception staff are great.

Cons: The restaurant staff are a disaster, unkind and horrible!!!

A hotel in the center of Bansko with its own parking and a delicious breakfast.

Pros: The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beautiful pedestrian street of Bansko. The man and woman at the reception were friendly and smiling. The hotel itself looks nice. It was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — there was plenty of everything, and it was all delicious. There is parking in front of and behind the building.

Cons: We booked the “Gold” room but couldn’t figure out how it differs from the “Silver” one. There was no balcony, and the view was of an old roof of the neighboring house. The wallpaper was in very poor condition and was peeling off. The fridge didn’t work — we asked to replace it, they did, but the new one worked for one evening and then stopped working the next day as well.
