Cons: The wellness could be open an hour longer in the evening (not just 7:50) to make it all perfect.

Cons: The room was cold because the veranda door is not properly sealed. The scheduled charter hours were not compatible with our itinerary, as we concluded our skiing activities at 2:30 PM and the charter was scheduled for 4:00 PM. Dinner doesn't t include any free of charge drink (water included)

Pros: Spa was 10/10. Were able to get massage at the same time as partner as well which was good! Food was traditional Bulgarian but excellent, great selection, salad was outstanding.

Cons: Beds weren’t the best. But okay for a couple of days.

Pros: amazing hotel, 10 min walk to Yastrebets ski slope. Food was good quality, spa very well maintained. Overall great expereince.

Cons: this is the best location for ski trip of advanced skiers, as you end up on the Yastrebts express slope. Its not very suitable for unexpereined skiers, so in such case you may have to travel to the other ski slope areas.

We like our overall stay in the hotel, but were surprised unpleasantly by heating being turned off

Pros: The location of the building is about 5 mins on foot from the Yastrebets ski slope and 10 mins by car from the Borovets ski center. The amenities are OK and our apartment had one bedroom and living room turned to bed, as well as one bathroom and two toilets, which was more than enough. The food was good enough both in terms of quality and quantity.

Cons: The spa center in the hotel was not properly maintained. The steam room had its door not closing which lead to constant issues with that amenity. The pool and jacuzzi water temp was low (25-27 degrees Celsius), which made them unusable. The who spa center amenities power is cut off every day and turned on again the next day. This causes usage of the center to be available only half the day, as the different amenities are not ready for use in the first 3-4 hours (too cold). The room temperature was controlled centrally, and the heating is being turned for only a few hours in the morning and at night. This whole energy saving process is making the winter stay in the hotel not at all pleasurable.
