Flora Hotel - Apartments

Pros: A pleasant hotel with a great location. Friendly staff with a great masseuse, Olena. We rented skis inexpensively from Emil in the same building.

Nice

Pros: It was a spacious and clean room, tasty breakfasts, nice view from the balcony and a rooms properly heated all day long

Cons: the saunas at the spa weren't hot enough, the bathtub and the toilet in the room leaked

Pros: Great location and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Food was good but sometimes not as hot as it should be.

Spacious, clean and utilitarian family ski apartment

Pros: Nothing fancy, but a big and very useful, sober and clean apartment. Breakfast and dinner were great! Nice variety and tasty. Few minutes walking to the closest ski piste. Spa centre was good, nice saunas.

Cons: Restaurant and spa centre were down in the basement, so quite dark without any natural light. Could use a ski storage close to the entrance, and a proper walkway to get from the entrance to the street without navigating through the parking on foot.

Great option for a short stay

Pros: 1. Location is great, really close to both parts of the mountain - 3 min walk to the gondola and Martin Baraki chairlift 2. Room was spacious with everything you need for a short stay 3. Breakfast is really good! 4. Saunas and pool are well maintained and just what you want after a day of skiing 5. They've got free parking but it's first come - first served basis, and there are way more cars than spaces (we got lucky though) 6. Very warm in the room 7. Nice and helful stuff

Cons: 1. The bed was too soft for me (but I do prefer harder mattresses) 2. Cleanliness could be improved (under the bed looked like it hadn't seen a broom for a while) 3. Parking is a bit disorganised 4. Price seemed a bit too high even for the peak season but with breakfast and spa we weren't too disappointed

Pros: Food, location, spa area= great!. Parking and ski depot were very practical.

Cons: Beds, mattesses and pillows. Not comfortable at all.

Great to relax

Pros: - the room was spacious, comfy and clean - there were just a few people in the hotel so we had the swimming pool and sauna just for ourselves - big and tasty breakfast

Great value for money and extremely clean.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, good facilities with sauna & swimming pool etc and rooms were large.

Cons: We had a broken toilet seat which wasn’t fixed even though we mentioned it on arrival. Also it was the end of the ski season but it was very quiet, we joked it could be haunted!

Nice place to stay for a family

Pros: The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. The food at breakfast and the dinner buffet was simple but very tasty and kids friendly. The rooms were regularly cleaned.

Cons: The shared space as the corridors and elevators was not cleaned often and sometimes was pretty dirty.
