Fantastic base for skiing, will 100% recommend and stay again

It’s a good place to stay in the centre of Borovets.

Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel is warm and has pretty much everything needed. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times now. The beds are comfortable. It’s very good value. There’s a good selection for breakfast, but I always go out to eat in the evenings.

Cons: No kettle in the room.

It's was nice, but it could have been better

Pros: Spa area , dinner , enough places to relax in the hotel itself and sit with friends (bowling, bar, shooting range, just recreation areas)

Cons: There wasn't any coffee or tea in the room and hot water to prepare something to warm up. The electrical sockets were not enough and the placement wasn't comfortable. There is practically no ventilation in the toilet and bathroom. There is no wi-fi on the floors of the hotel itself. A bottle water from hotel it could have been nice.

Pros: Like many others I was dubious on what to expect after reading some reviews but value for money, you can't fault this hotel! Yes it is a bit dated but if you look past that, it has everything you need... Spacious warm room, firm comfortable bed, hot shower, beautiful views of the mountain, friendly efficient staff, locker room for ski equipment, a wonderful warm Olympic sized pool and spa facilities to unwind in after a long day of skiing on the slopes. Breakfast I thought was good, so much to choose from and frequently replenished, plus decent coffee! For us personally, we couldn't have asked for a better location, right opposite the Yastrebets gondala and within walking distance to all shops and resturants! We will 100% stay here again!

Cons: The only negative thing were the pillows were too thick and hard for our liking but reception sent house keeping up within 15mins to give us alternative pillows.
