Loved the slopes, cant wait to return
Pros: Room was quiet and very comfortable with small balcony. En suite shower had good water pressure with fresh towels. Main bar area was nicely laid out with friendly staff in attendance with a good choice of food and drinks. There was a wide variety of food available at breakfast and dinner. The thermal suite was welcomed with saun, steam room and swimming pool. I enjoyed a lovely relaxing massage, which i would highly recommend.
Cons: The shower facilities at the pool area, no privacy and water went everywhere, so keep your belongings off the floor. No water available at dinner time, unless you buy a bottle which was well over priced. Bedrooms were too warm, uncomfortable heat to sleep in. Our bedroom was not serviced until day 3, bins were full and towels needed changing, after that they were serviced every day. Charge for tea and coffee in the room.

Pros: Nice modern and pressy big rooms rooms. Good food for dinner and breakfast, and coffe at 16:00. Good location and parking. (I was lucky to find next to the entrance). Very nice staff. Coffe maker an cattle in the room.
Cons: The hotel was fully booked. After the ski at 17:00 there was no hot water. Needed to wait about 2.5 -3 hours for hot water in the room! Swimming pool- the pool isnt big, and the water is not hot enough ( the air was warm. But not the water). No gaquzzi. The floor was all wet and very sleepery . There is a sigh, but even though I waked very carefully I fell. Also, all the treatments where fully booked. So if you want any- you need to book at least few days in advance...

Pros: This family run hotel has a great location and what feels like in the heart of Borovets. The team was friendly and alway ready to help. Food was amazing, lots of variety and great quality.
Cons: The pool could be bigger ;)

Close to the pistes, close to the action.
Pros: Very central location - the ski pistes are 100 m away. Has ample parking space. Breakfast was very nice, but the a la carte menu is better. My wife got a massage that she said was the best ever. The pool water is warm enough.
Cons: The pool water was a bit murky.

The perfect hotel.
Pros: Everything was great! The location is perfect. The hotel is clean and cosy, the rooms are spacious and the restaurant is nice. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with a great selection of food.

Pros: On the positive side, our room was spacious, and the check-in process was fast, with a very polite receptionist. We also appreciated the guy at the pool, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and found the food to be varied and delicious
Cons: the spa zone was disappointing. There were age restrictions for children that we weren't aware of, and the sauna was more of a 'hot room' than a true sauna—even when turned on, the temperature barely reached 80°C. Most frustratingly, when we asked a woman in a black blazer if the elevator led to our room, she claimed she didn't know.

Perfect for families
Pros: The villa was great, but excellent location, great food and service. We liked the children’s club, it was warm, clean and well equipped.

Pros: Everything. The Iglika is modern and feels brand new. Our room (2 adults & 2 children) was very spacious. WiFi connection and TV are excellent. We were half board which was perfect. Not cooking is a holiday itself. Location perfect. Close to shops, ski hire and slopes The bar had lovely, modern and comfortable areas for lots of groups and families. There were also games available. It was good to play chess and draughts with the kids. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage options are ideal after a day skiing. We loved the facilities.
Cons: The games room play station wasn't set up, but this was a blessing.
