A great and cozy place to enjoy art and rest :)

Pros: A very cozy hotel decorated with beautiful ceramics, wooden furniture and paintings, I really enjoyed the design. The beds were comfortable. Chimney in the room while snowing made it even cozier. The restaurant was also really cozy and food was very delicious. Amazing ceramics workshop - a must do!!!

Cons: Overall it was great, my only feedback is that there was a bit of dust on the floor in the room so they can be a bit more careful with the cleaning. Also, it was quite cold at the lobby and we couldn’t really sit there to enjoy the beautiful furniture.

Pros: A lovely place for families or work gatherings. The art courses are a must-try, they add a unique touch. The restaurant is excellent as well.

An artsy experience

Pros: The decor is striking. The variety in room design adds an interesting twist. The pool area with heavily cushioned lounges and a few beds is very relaxing. The restaurant offers quality fare in a comfortable, casual atmosphere.

This hotel truly shines with its exceptional, incredibly kind staff and an awesome children's corner offering daily

Pros: - The staff at this hotel were simply the best I have ever seen. They were incredibly kind, constantly smiling, and exceptionally helpful, making our stay truly outstanding. - The children’s corner was awesome. The babysitter was super kind, engaging every child in a variety of activities like painting, cooking, etc. With both morning and afternoon activities every day, it was a fantastic resource for families. - The pool water was pretty clean. - All rooms featured unique design and it was very interesting to peek the other rooms and appreciate their distinct aesthetics. - It was very nice that the chef came to us and prepared a special menu for our event. It was delicious and everyone found something to their taste. - The hotel administration works with best in class children's animation company and pretty good pastry shop.

Cons: - The lunch menu was the same every day. - The standard menu of the restaurant lacked diversity. - We encountered a significant issue with flies, suggesting a need for the hotel to invest in effective insect control measures. - Unfortunately, the double rooms were not equipped with air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot during the day. - The room doors provided poor sound insolation. You can hear all the noises from the corridors inside the rooms.

Pros: Check out Casa Bella room! Exceptional place, super friendly staff, delicious and inovative meals, clean, peaceful and art is in every detail. . The owners are the best ever. The pool and relax zone are great and the cocktails are amazing edition to the whole atmosphere. It is a place to inspire, connect with your inner self and recharge. The rooms are true delight. Strongly recommend!

Fantastic stay with lovely staff

Pros: From the moment we arrived the friendly service and gorgeous decor really blew us away. We had some of the best food we've had in our tour around Bulgaria. The pool was lovely, clean and quiet and the staff couldn't do enough for us. As a vegetarian they were happy to amend a pizza and the pasta options for non meat eaters were fab. We spent 2 nights here and fell in love with lots of the furniture items and art.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and rooms. It's worth making a detour just to stay here for a couple of nights.
