Pros: Top location in the center of the town, really huge room with big terrace, early check out is possible, you can eat your breakfast in the hotel or they can pack it for you before you leave

Cons: Furniture is a little bit old

Always happy to stay here when visiting friends and family in and around Troyan.

Cons: We had half board. We did not quite like the dinner choices and even did not go for dinner the second night. I would have preferred more vegetarian choices for dinner. The second note is not a criticism, just a warning for some people. We stayed at the VIP apartment Maisonette which is on 2 levels. The area with the bed does not have a toilet,one has to go down some steep stairs to use it. So, the apartment is not very convenient for people who need to use the toilet at night.

Pros: Modern, clean and confortable hotel in the centre of small town of Troyan, with plenty of restaurants and pizzeria nearby.

Pros: The hotel is four stars, but I think that it is a little too flattering. Maybe in the Summer it is better.. The best thing was the beds. Exceptionally comfortable! The room was good sized, but the bathroom was ridiculously small, with the sink installed at the height of a dwarf. It was very odd. The location was good, but as we had a car, it was not a big issue. There was a free parking lot. I believe that in the high season it would be full, now I found a parking place without problems. The first day the breakfast was limited to menu and was rather small. The second day it was buffet style and it was ok. In general, the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and replacement of light bulbs

Pros: Nice hotel, very tasty food in the restaurant, super location

Cons: During the weekend there were many people and organized celebrations, it was a bit noisy and the staff did not have the opportunity to pay enough attention to all the guests. Except for that everything was ok.

Pros: Spacious room, lovely and friendly staff, and an amazing view from the window and balcony. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. Very impressed with the friendliness and politeness of the staff.
