Perfect place

Pros: The hotel is in a great location for those seeking peace and quiet. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Pros: I wanted to be close to the rowing canal so the location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and had a few items in the minibar. The on-site restaurant served great food. Plenty of car parking.

Pros: We're very happy with our stay in the hotel, the room was spacious and clean, it's a very quiet location, the food in the restaurant is good.

Cons: Just flagging that the information on the rooms is a bit misleading - we booked a Deluxe suite advertised as separate bedroom and living room. Since we're with a small child that goes to bed rather early, for us it's important to have some space to ourselves - unfortunately there's no \

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous! We had a giant room, which was very clean and well cared for but the absolute best thing about this place was Milena. The Reception/front of house hostess was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you! We had a thoroughly enjoyable 2days in Plovdiv and will certainly be back. And when we are we will stay here again.

Cons: We were dissapointed that we had missed the deadline for the pool but it was understandable to be closed after summer (1st Sept).
