Pros: Staff was amazing, had an issue with AC in the room, they changed the room straight away. Very friendly staff, they walked me through the hotel and showed how to use the keys and outside door. very near to the Medical Uni, 20 minutes walk to old city.

Very easy to get to especially if come by bus. Easy to get to old town and very pleasant staff.

Pros: Very light comfortable room. Good size for a budget single. Huge bath. Walking distance to nearby mall, old town & bus station.

Comfortable hotel and super staff

Pros: It’s quite and comfortable hotel with free parking area and staff are very kind and helpful .

Cons: I think a bathtub with curtain for shower is not useful for a hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very close to old town, 10-15 minutes by walking. Our room had a balcony and this is very good for smokers. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced, adequate and tasty.

Excellent experience

Pros: Everything was as expected,nice spacious rooms ,air-conditioned, staff were exceptionally friendly,welcoming and were willing to help with and guide with any questions.

Cons: For such nice hotel provision of A Kettle , Tea or coffee in room would be very useful.
