Pros: ⛔⛔Review 2 is for a single economy room⛔⛔ Price, comfortable beds.

Cons: ⛔⛔Internet connection is NOT WORKING anywhere in the hotel.⛔⛔

Yet again we couldn't have made a better choice for a stopover in Plovdiv.

Pros: It was buffet which is always best compared to the fixed option menu. This time it was even better than usual.

Cons: Really nothing at all. We look forward to everything being just as it is in the future. .Not under your control of course but it will be good when the road works connected with the diveunder at the station are finished. It seems to be going on for ever.

Pros: I'm a big fan of this hotel for many years. Love the facilities and great value, free parking, the bar and the familiar staff. English spoken, I always stay here when I'm in plovdiv

Cons: Restaurant is still not open for meals. Breakfast is mostly cold.

Bit dated but still good value.

Pros: Comfortable bed, large room. Breakfast was limited but fresh and tasty. Good coffee 👍

Cons: Shower cabin was leaking.

We travel through Plovdiv quite often and would never stay anywhere else if we can. .

Pros: solid and reliable service - we know every time we stay at Intelcoop we can just relax and prepare for our journeys ahead.

Cons: no criticism at all

Pros: Usual friendly staff and I stay often so they know me. Very well managed. Elevator to upper floors so no stairs, suitable for elderly like me.

Cons: The restaurant is closed except for breakfast. The pool table has been replaced with a hockey table. Preferred the pool table.

Pros: Stay here often, for years. Know the staff, very helpful and attentive. Easy check in/out. Simple but Good breakfast. Very good value for money. Pleasant layout, car park and lifts to upper floors. Good location with excellent taxi service into town.

Cons: The restaurant only opens for breakfast no other service. Old style TVs no minibar

Friendly budget hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, allowed and assisted with outside food delivery ( no evening restaurant)

Cons: Difficult to find.

Hotel was good value and modern

Pros: We had a spacious twin room with TV , AC and juice and a coffee machine for breakfast

Cons: For breakfast you had to choose just one option so a little more food would have been nice. The ensuite bathroom was a wetroom so the toilet got soaked everytime you had a shower. The hotel was quite a walk to the town centre.

reasonable for what we paid and is only advertised as 2 star but didn’t really agree with photos on booking site. Staff

Pros: staff helpful. close to bus route into city. big room and comfortable enough

Cons: Breakfast adequate..choice of one hot item and coffee but dont expect sumptuous buffet as per photos! Restaurant not open in evening Bottom sheet wasnt a full size single sheet so didn’t actually cover the bed TV was from the 80s and picture black and white there was a dead cockroach under the bed Shower had no curtain so bathroom basically a wet room ( and did get very wet)
