Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was warm enough and clean.

Great value for the money

Pros: Good value for the money, rooms were clean, warm and spacious. Hosts were very kind.

Cons: No shower cabin.

For a price paid it's good place. 10 min. To Borovetz.

Pros: Very warm and clean inside. Lovely host Nelly, with great smile. Also restaurant downstairs with good food and good price.

Cons: The ceiling inside our room was little low on one side of the bed. I think some little soft piece can be placed on that kerb so no one hits their head. Everything else was great for the price.

Pros: We were upgraded to a superior room than what we had booked, which was a pleasant surprise. While it wasn't luxurious, the room was very warm and everything was satisfactory. Considering its proximity to the Borovets ski slopes, the price was very reasonable.

Cons: The communication could have been improved. We arrived late at night and inquired about how to obtain the key but received no response. Subsequently, we contacted the property, but no one spoke English, so we sought assistance from Booking Support, which went above and beyond to procure a timely response. Upon arrival, we discovered a phone number on the door for guests arriving late at night, rendering the check-in issue nonexistent. However, the property should respond more promptly to messages on Booking.

Pros: Μια value for money επιλογή. Καθαρό και άνετο. Πολύ ευγενικό και φιλόξενο προσωπικό. Αξίζει βάση ποιότητας τιμής

Cons: Πολύ ζέστη από την θέρμανση την νύχτα και μια σχετική φασαρία απο τον δρόμο.

Pros: Много добра е закуската ,менюто на ресторанта беше добро.

Cons: В стаята имаше климатик които е много Шумен.Лека забележка към осветлението ,когато влизаш на рецепцията за регистрация и към бара Светлината би трябвало да е по осветено.....

Pros: The rooms are very spacious, bathroom is very nice, AC is a bit loud but works great in the hot weather.

Pros: Приветлив персонал, голяма стая, парко мяста пред хотела, чистотата е на ниво, има климатик, апартамента е обновен/боядисван скоро.

Cons: Ваната в апартамента пропуска дори при вземане на душ. Също така не може да се пълни (има дупка)... което я обезмисля.
