Pros: Good location, nice relax zone, good price for the money. Good breakfast.

Pros: Very reasonable price. Good SPA Center. Perfect location. Very kind and helpful hotel staff.

Cons: Building was renovated years ago, but now needs a new renovation, you can see damages on old furniture and starches on the walls

Pros: Hotel with soviet vibe, but absolutely everything is clean and maintained in perfect condition. Heater was actually heating, breakfast was tasty, no issues with room's soundproof. Late checkout is a standard option which is useful if you ski first half of the day. Overall - perfect value for its price

Pros: Good destination, big parking, swimming pool and SPA.

Cons: The swimming pool was a little cold. Information on the site about late checkout was not correct. We paid but this was not reflected in the final voucher.

Pros: A very warm welcome from the very friendly lady on reception. The hotel is in a very quiet location and is basic but clean, nice breakfast the next morning with a very kind gentleman working in the restaurant.

Pros: Good location (stores are close), wellness, breakfast. Good price for value

An ok hotel if you spend a night or two

Pros: The pool is clean and well maintained. The views from the rooms were spectacular.

Cons: The hotel needs renovation. There was water infiltration in both of the rooms we had. The walls were cracked. The mattresses were a bit lumpy. The bathroom fan did not work in both of the rooms. The breakfast was poor and not very qualitative. The coffee was bad. We used the jacuzzi that was extra and the lady at the spa told us that we can only pay with cash when I asked her if we can add the cost of it to the room and pay with card. My husband had to get dressed from the pool, go to a supermarket near by and get some cash. When he came back, at the reception there was a note saying that the extra facilities can be added to the room cost. When we confronted the lady at the spa, she abruptly forgot English and did not say anything. Just before leaving she came to our room and handed us the receipt for the jacuzzi.
