Blue Star Luxury Hotel

Pros: I'm very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I have visited several times already and every time I leave with excellent impressions. The location is very convenient, the service is at a high level, and the restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. Everything is new, clean, and well maintained. During my first visit, I travelled with my pet and received full understanding and support from the staff. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Very Clean,polite and friendly staff, parking is easy to find.

Cons: A little overpriced for what it offers ;

Pros: Good new hotel. Large rooms. Good cleaning service.

Pros: Felt luxury room, i liked the design. All was comfortable. The shower was wide enough and made from high quality materials. Can't say how is the breakfast, haven't tried. Comfortable that parking inside the building and have elevator.

Perfect for business trip

Pros: Very clean, modern rooms and wonderful bathroom. Room was cleaned daily. Comfortable bed and nice TV. Good location near paradise mall and vitosha metro station. Temperature settings worked perfectly.

Cons: Just nitpicking here, no change of towels in my 4 days of stay, however it was also not needed

Good hotel for business trips

Pros: It is a nice, clean, new hotel close to Metro 2 Vithosa station, so it is rather easy to reach the city center from here. It is located on a small street, little bit farer from the main bulevard, ensuring a not so noisy environment. The staff were kind, the breakfast was good with planty of choices. The room was clean, with modern facilities inside. If you can cover the cost, this hotel is a good choice (e.g. for business trips).

Cons: My experience in Sofia is that in most cases you can have a 3 star level room for 4 star price. This is unfortunately also valid for this hotel. E.g. in Austria you can have the same level in a 3 star hotel already. But the room rate in this hotel was on a 4 star level, resulting a not so good price / value ration. There were also some not really valid info of this hotel on booking.com. E.g.: the laptop safe. There was really a safe but not the size for a laptop. Soud proofing room: It is also true but not for the door. If some noisy, drunky guests arrive in the middle of the night you will wake up for sure (as it happened one time during my stay). And last, you can reach your floor only via elevator, since the card do not open the entrances from the stairs. Not so good for sportive guys like me. :)

Would stay there again !

Pros: Great hotel, great location, seems newly built, parking available. The hotel served a lovely breakfast too. I highly recommend!

In general very good and I recommend it.

Pros: I like the fact that the hotel is brand new, at good location just 5 min from subway station. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast might include more veggies and food with low carbs and calories.

Cons: Not enough parking places - if the hotel garage is full it is not easy to find parking spot in the area as it is mainly residential.

Cons: i used the gym on saturday and the massage lady came to tell me to be quiet because she is doing a massage. that was super annoying as i was training very quietly and still my training was ruined as i was told not to use the machines
