Great hotel centrally located.

Pros: A very nice, comfortable stay at this hotel. Centrally located perfect for exploring the city. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were really helpful, friendly and totally professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. John & Caroline O Neill.

Central Perk!

Pros: Friendly staff and good central location. Andrew and Diane at reception were very helpful. Room was very clean and breakfast had hot n cold options.

Excellent staff

Pros: The staff were amazing—especially Andre, who was truly exceptional. A special thanks to him. He helped us find activities in the city, arranged a taxi for us in the middle of the night, and even exchanged EUR to BGN when others refused euro payments. When I return to Sofia, this is the hotel I’ll choose again thanks to Andre.
